About

mom, rising entrepreneur, wellness enthusiast, and getting 1% better everyday

Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m a new mom, a wife, and someone who’s learning how to take care of myself while taking care of my family. I’ve always loved health and fitness, but I’m definitely more “healthy-ish” than perfect. I’m the girl who makes a protein latte in the morning and still loves chips and salsa at night.

After having my daughter, I realized how many moms feel the same way I do: wanting to feel good in our bodies, wanting more purpose, and wanting a little more freedom in our day. I started sharing my journey with Arbonne because it helped me get healthier, connect with like-minded women, and dream a little bigger. Now I help other moms and women in their 20s and 30s build healthier habits, create income from home, and go after the life they actually want.

I’m a Christian, and my faith shapes everything I do. I love connecting with women who value their families, their health, and their relationship with God. My hope is that this space encourages you, gives you simple ideas you can use right away, and helps you see what’s possible for your own life.

If you’re here for healthy recipes, mom life, simple routines, or building something meaningful from home, you’re in the right place. I’m glad you’re here.

My Story

I was married to my COVID sweetheart (we met online in 2020), in November of 2021, and soon after he was deployed for 9 months. I finished college during that time and worked as a private caregiver to elderly individuals.

I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in 2022 and got my first 9-5 job in Applied Behavior Analysis soon after graduating.

After feeling exhausted and having a deeper sense that there had to be more to life than this, I reached out to a close family friend who was very successful in a wellness business, with hopes to start my own.

I dabbled here and there and then got pregnant with our first child in 2024. It wasn’t until after I had my baby that I realized the life that I wanted to give her and how my choices now can impact both of our futures.
